Overview

Brazilian Tan Club ("we," "us," "our") wants you to be happy with your purchase. This Return, Exchange, Refund & Cancellation Policy explains your options and rights when a purchase doesn't work out, and applies to orders shipped to the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom, and Latin America (excluding Brazil).

Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of the date your order is delivered. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging attached. Items marked as final sale or made-to-order are not eligible for return unless defective.

How to Start a Return

Email us at diretoria@vocedourada.com.br with your order number and the reason for the return. We will confirm your eligibility and provide return instructions, including the return address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Unless the item is defective, incorrect, or damaged in transit, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of our receiving the returned goods (or, where required by applicable law, from the date you provide proof of return shipment). Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by law or where the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

If you'd like a different size or color, let us know when starting your return â€” we will ship the replacement once the original item is received and approved, subject to availability.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel or modify an order free of charge at any time before it has shipped by contacting diretoria@vocedourada.com.br. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and is instead subject to this Return Policy.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will offer a full refund, replacement, or store credit at your choice, at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Your Statutory Rights by Region

This policy is offered in addition to, and does not limit, any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence. Where local law grants broader or longer rights than described above, the local law prevails.

European Union & United Kingdom: Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. You must inform us of your decision to withdraw within that period, and then return the goods within a further 14 days. We will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery charges, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that you have sent them back, using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
United States: Federal law does not generally require retailers to accept returns on completed sales, so our policy above governs unless a specific state law provides otherwise. Some states (for example California and New York) require that a store's refund policy be clearly disclosed to shoppers â€” this page serves as that disclosure.
Latin America (excluding Brazil): Many countries in the region grant consumers a statutory withdrawal or "cooling-off" period for online/distance purchases â€” for example, Colombia recognizes a 5-business-day "derecho de retracto" under Law 1480 of 2011, and similar consumer protection statutes exist in other Latin American jurisdictions. Where such mandatory rights apply and are more favorable to you than this policy, they will be honored.
