Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of purchase (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to the United States, countries within the European Union, the United Kingdom, and Latin America (excluding Brazil). If your country isn't listed at checkout, please contact us at diretoria@vocedourada.com.br.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method. Estimated (not guaranteed) transit times after processing are generally:

United States: 5-10 business days
European Union & United Kingdom: 7-15 business days
Latin America (excluding Brazil): 10-20 business days

Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather, or other events outside our control.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other fees ("Import Charges") levied by the destination country. Import Charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient, who is considered the importer of record. Please check with your local customs office for more information before placing an order. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, contact diretoria@vocedourada.com.br with your order number so we can open a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address, though we will do our best to assist in redirecting a shipment where possible.
